Getting Started

The first step in getting started is to contact us!  We’d love to talk to you, and have experience helping new businesses get started.  We can setup a time to meet so you can see the kitchen, and go over the requirements below.  Don’t worry about contacting us too early in your process.  Even if you’re just thinking about it, we can be a big help.

When you’re ready, you’ll need:

• Food Manager’s Certification
• Proof of $1 Million of General Liability Insurance Coverage with Elixir Enterprises LLC as an additional insured
• Signed Operating Agreement and Guidebook
• All persons using the kitchen are required to have a Food Handler’s Card (or Food Manager’s Certification)
• $100 Security Deposit
