Our kitchens are available to rent on an hourly basis.  Rates are based on the number of hours purchased in a single booking – up to 3 months in advance.  Our online scheduling system is an easy and fast way to reserve time, see when the kitchens are available, and make changes to your schedule.  We can also work with you to reserve time on a weekly or monthly basis, whichever is easier for you.  The kitchens are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience.

Peak hours are 6 AM to 10 PM.  Rates are per hour.

Storage Rates

Both dry storage and cold storage are available for use, free of charge, during the times the client reserves the kitchen. Long term dry and cold storage are available for the client’s rental on a monthly basis.

Rental fees are:

  • Dry Storage, 4’x18” – $20 per month or one rack (six shelves) – $100 per month
  • Refrigerator Storage, 3’x18” – $25 per month
  • Freezer Storage, 2’x18” – $25 per month
  • Floor Space – $5 per month per square ft
